Children miss their parents after a long day of school/daycare and want to spend time with you. They need their cup filled by you.

Children need you to be their guide but often time parents are so exhausted they just don't know how to lead at bedtime. No shame in that! I have been there! 
Parents are left with no time for themselves, children aren't getting the proper sleep they need to thrive and the cycle repeats every night.

Hi, I'm Andrea 

Hi, I'm Andrea Hurley, founder of Child Coaching by Andrea Hurley. I know how hard parenting can feel and  understand the challenges that come with it. We all love our children and want our relationships to be the best they can be but not knowing how to overcome obstacles causes unwanted friction in your relationship with your child. I am here to fix that for you. 

My Background Story:

I have known since I was a very young child that I wanted to work with children. It is something that I have always felt pulled to do. I studied Elementary Education and music  in Maryland and since then have earned certifications as a Special needs Behavioral Interventionst, Pediatric CNA,  Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Parent Coach and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I have worked with children for the past 25 years in various settings including work as a preschool teacher, special needs registered behavior technician and CNA in the classroom setting, private nanny and now child coach. My journey in my work with children has been a beautiful and inspiring one. Children are our greatest teachers, and I have learned so much from all of the children I have had the pleasure of working with in my life. When we truly connect with our children and truly listen to what they say, it is amazing what we learn. I especially learned the significance of this connection piece with my own children. I used to lay in the floors of their bedrooms every night until they fell asleep only to have them come downstairs an hour later asking to sleep with me. This cycle went on for a long time until I had to troubleshoot why it was happening. I had to figure out what was missing. I realized they needed me to figure it out instead of just hoping it would resolve itself. When I did figure it out, it was life changing for my family dynamic. 
All of my experience in working with children has led me to be in this amazing child coaching role and I am ready to share all of my expert knowledge based on real life experiences with you. 
I am ready to guide you on how to build better communication and connection with your child, how to strengthen your confidence in parenting and and encouraging you to set stronger and loving boundaries, so that you will have a better relationship with your child

How It Works :


 BOOK YOUR DISCOVERY CALL 
Book your free 15-minute discovery call with me.  During our call you can tell me all about your child's current sleep struggles and learn how I can help you overcome them. 
BOOK YOUR FIRST 1:1 COACHING CALL 
Once you have booked my services, you will receive an intake questionnaire that provides valuable information for me to create a personalized sleep plan for your child. I will offer multiple methods from which you can choose, selecting the one that resonates most with you. After picking your method and reviewing the plan, you'll book your first 1-hour coaching call with me. During this call, we will discuss the plan, I'll answer any questions you have, and ease any concerns. The goal of this first call is to ensure you are comfortable and clear on the sleep training process. Additionally, I will be mailing your child's care package at this time!
OUR THREE WEEK COACHING SESSION BEGINS
As you embark on your sleep plan journey, I'm here to support you every step of the way. For the next three weeks, you'll have unlimited access to me via text and voice messages, so feel free to reach out whenever you have questions or encounter obstacles. Together, we'll problem-solve and keep you on track to achieve your goals.

Additionally, I'll engage with your child through video recordings and live chats, celebrating their wins—big or small—and providing extra support if they run into any difficulties with the plan. Your family's success is my priority, and I'm committed to helping you create lasting, healthy sleep habits. Let's make this journey a positive one!
