  • When your baby turns 4 months old, they are more aware of their environment, including noises and the sound of mom and dad's voice! They are learning that if they make a noise, they will get a reaction out of you!  
  • At this point they are no longer sleeping through anything like in the newborn stage. They wake up looking for help to fall back to sleep. 
  • If your baby or toddler is used to being rocked, fed or held to sleep each night, they will be looking for that assistance each time they wake up. 
  • Your baby is now able to slip in and out of REM cycles meaning that they will start waking up between 30-45 min and need to learn how to fall back asleep.

Hi, I'M Andrea

Hi, my name is Andrea Hurley and I am the founder of Child Coaching by Andrea Hurley. I am a mother of two girls and live outside of Denver, Colorado. We love hiking, paddleboarding, baking, playing board games and laughing together! My daughters are my whole world!

I have been working with children in various settings for the past 25 years. I studied Elementary Education in Maryland and since then have received certifications as a special needs behavioral interventionist, pediatric CNA, newborn care specialist and pediatric sleep consultant.

During my work as a private nanny and a pediatric sleep consultant I have helped many families teach their infants, toddler and preschoolers the skill of independent sleep. It brings me great joy to know that I am giving families the gift of sleep! I can't tell you how many parents come to be exhausted overwhelmed and hopeless of never sleeping through the night again to leaving my coaching program absolutely stunned on how fast their child learned to fall asleep alone and stay asleep through the whole night! Book your free 15-minute discovery call with me.  During our call you can tell me all about your child's current sleep struggles and learn how I can help you overcome them.
Book your first 1 hour coaching call 
Once you have booked my services, you will receive an intake questionnaire that provides valuable information for me to create a personalized sleep plan for your child. I will offer multiple methods from which you can choose, selecting the one that resonates most with you. After picking your method and reviewing the plan, you'll book your first 1-hour coaching call with me. During this call, we will discuss the plan, I'll answer any questions you have, and ease any concerns. The goal of this first call is to ensure you are comfortable and clear on the sleep training process. Additionally, I will be mailing your child's care package at this time!
Your 3 week coaching program begins
As you embark on your sleep coaching journey, I'm here to support you every step of the way. For the next 3 weeks you'll have unlimited access to me via text and voice messages. I want you to reach out whenever you have questions or encounter obstacles. Together, we'll problem-solve and keep you on track to achieve your goals.
