I provide a written plan that covers how to establish a healthy nap and bedtime routine, how to gently introduce your baby to independent sleep skills and know exactly how to handle middle of the night wakings and short naps.
For 2 weeks I will be there to support you every day to troubleshoot and keep you on track with your newborn’s progress.
I will check your newborn’s sleep and feeding log daily to evaluate their progress and to see where changes need to made.
